Cobalt Service Partners Year in Review and Acquisition of STS360
New York, NY (February 19, 2026) – Cobalt Service Partners today announced that it has acquired STS360. STS360 is Cobalt’s 18th acquisition since launching in December of 2023, and its first acquisition of 2026.
Over the course of 2025, Cobalt added six additional partner companies – FTS, SAS, Acme, System Integrations, Galaxy Integrated, & DSI - that expand its commercial security capabilities and deepen its presence in large, growing markets across the country. Most importantly, each new partner brings longstanding customer relationships and exceptional talent to fuel future growth. STS360, based in Dallas, Texas, carries this momentum into 2026.
STS360 is a security integrator founded in 2005 by Bobby Khullar. Over the past two decades, STS360 has earned a reputation for dependable execution, long-standing customer relationships, and a people-first culture grounded in integrity and accountability.
