Founding Story

“I started STS360 after I was laid off for the second time, having put years of hard work into the previous two companies I worked for—companies that showed utter disrespect for hard work and labor. I was determined to do this on my own and promised myself I would build a business that respects its team, culture, and clients—something grounded in integrity, relationships, and doing things the right way.

In the early days, I worked long hours, poured in every dime I had, wore every hat, learned through mistakes, and relied on grit more than resources. There were plenty of uncertain moments, but also small wins that kept me going and reinforced why I started in the first place. What’s been most rewarding is watching the business grow beyond just me—building a team, creating opportunities for others, earning the trust of our clients, and seeing an idea turn into something real and lasting. Looking back, I’m proud not just of what we built, but of how we built it.”
