Founding Story

“I started Galaxy Integrated Technologies in the early 1980s while working nights and weekends installing security systems and business phone systems. I’d work on homes and small businesses, learning as I went and trying to get better every day. It quickly became clear to me that large companies were struggling to deliver quality installations on time. I knew I could do it faster, cleaner, and more efficiently and I built the business around that standard. In the early days, I was on every job site, training teams by working shoulder to shoulder with them and setting expectations for precision and discipline. We worked long days, sometimes from 4 AM to 9 PM, seven days a week. That relentless work ethic became our motto: ‘Whatever it takes.’ The greatest reward has been seeing team members embrace that mindset and grow into roles they never imagined for themselves. That’s what makes it all worth it.”
